this machine is used to make the 2 ply corrugated cardboard , using the original paper or kraft paper rolls .
it is composed of a serious of machines with different functions , such as :
1. electric / hydraulic mill roll stand , for carry the origin paper rolls .
2. single facer , used to make 2 layer corrugated cardboard
3. preheater , to raise the paper temperature , in order to improve cardboard quality and production line
4 . slitter & cut off machine , to cut off the cardboard in pieces according to order size . which be with computer control , can save 200 orders , or electric adjustment (can be optional). this type of machine is the new products with stable running , high speed , and easy operation . now it is very popular by our customers .
