1 Carton Box Printing machine main description
1. Lead edge feeder system :
1) Four rows wheels type lead edge feeding system , easy operation , high precision.
2) The lead edge wheels adopt Maxdura brand from Taiwan , durable Wear Resistant .
3) 7.5kw fan , air suction auxiliary paper feeding, according to the bending degree of the board, adjustable air volume to ensure smooth paper feeding. Variable frequency control the air volume .
4) The positions of the left and right baffles are electrically regulated by the screw rod, which is convenient and quick to adjust. The position of upper and lower clearance of front baffle is manually adjusted separately.
5) With the skip feeding function , choose the skip feeding function according to the needs to ensure the processing of large size board. Paper lifting and paper dropping adopt cylinder to push the action quickly and save effort.
6) The host machine adopts frequency conversion control the machine start , runs smoothly, and can save 30% of energy.
7) Equipped the interlock control switch which is connected with die cutting unit, to realize urgent stop, stop feeding or resume feeding, forward and reverse jog, phase jog of each unit, and more humanized operation.
8) The back paper frame can electric control the position movement , speed up the adjustment .
9) Dust removal device : equipped with high quality brush and 4kw dust removal fan, it can remove impurities on the printing surface of cardboard in large quantities and improve the printing quality.
10) Manual adjustment of back baffle position .

2. Unit separation and combination .
1) Electric control unit separation and combination with an alarm bell, and the alarm will be continuously sounded during the moving journey to ensure the safety of the operators.
2) the transmission shaft is equipped with a safety clutch to avoid damage of the machine due to misoperation (when the machine is not locked, the host machine cannot start operation).

3. Paper feeding roller
1) The outer diameter is 155mm .
2) Seamless steel tube, coated with wear-resistant rubber, and balanced correction.
3) The diameter of the lower feeding embossing roller is 155mm , and chrome plating.
4) The clearance of the paper feed rollers is manually adjusted by double-pole self-locking worm gear body, and the clearance is adjusted by eccentric gear, marked with scale.
4. Auto back to zero device
1) The feed unit , printing unit are automatically reset to zero.
2) In general, the carton is equipped with automatic zeroing device, which can be adjusted to the correct position by two pieces of testing printing cardboard, to reduce the waste of cardboard.
