Printing unit:
1. Printing roller and embossing roll adopts high-quality thick wall seamless steel pipe with surface grinding and hard chromium plating .
2. The anilox adopts the high-quality steel 200 mesh / 220 mesh with 173mm diameter from Jiangsu Haili, can make flexible printed version above 45 lines .
3. The rubber roller adopts the high quality wear resistant, oil resistant, acid and alkali resistant rubber with 175 mm diameter from Jizhou Chunfeng, designed the high grinding and the inking effect is good .

In the ink-back tube, one inch steel tube is processed with chrome plating which can collect the left ink back to the ink barrels,avoiding the ink leakage phenomenon.
9. Pneumatic brake mechanism can limit the machine to regulate and keep the gear fixed position when the units are separated.
Slotting unit:
1. Slotting phases was adopted the planetary gear structure . The slotting knife can 360 phase clockwise or anticlockwise adjustment with the phase motor fine-tuning device .
2. Synchronously adjust the slotting knives using the hand crank. It is very convenient to adjust and the features of reliable and austerity, slot accurately, compact and durable design .
3. Adopting the self- lock worm wheel in the pressure interval to adjust and fix .
4. Slotting knife was made of the high quality alloy steel with the best rigidity and tenacity undergo heat treatment, it is suitable for long-term using .
5. The elastic tangential scraper structure could cut off three or five layer cardboard without any adjustment .
Die cutting unit:
1. The die cutting department is applicable to all kinds of various special-shaped corrugated cardboard packaging .
2. The phase position could be adjusted CW or CCW easily with 360 degree because of the equipment of planetary gearing mechanism .
3. The die cutting roller is made of the high quality steel with the treatment of chrome plated and balance adjustment .
4. Mechanical soft roll is able to laterally move 40 mm to make the rubber wear evenly .
5. Automatic compensation of linear velocity can guarantee that die-cutting size for each batch of cartons is in full accord .
6. Imported polyurethane rubber is easy and convenient to install and has a long lifetime with die cutting for 12 million times .
